Visit to the awesome Ippudo for the famous ramen *slurp* Thankfully we headed there during lunch hour hence the queue was reasonably fine, waited about barely 10 minutes to get our seats for three O-Kay! enuff of the talking, here are pictures to make you drool!

*cost a freaking 3 buck each but trust me.. the braised pork melts in your mouth even faster than how M&M does!! WHAHHA

Kyushu Miso Tokotsu 2010

.. seems to be passing so fast that soon the first quarter of the year is going to coming to an end.

Often or not I have this feel that life is so so monotonous, wake up -> work -> home -> sleep, but then again I know.. its part & parcel of life rito? Its perfectly normal & what else should I ask for when I wake up each morning with my loved ones all around me but I simply cant help feeling such that I rather more excitement springs up in my life.. the next question would be.. what excitement I expect?? & I bet Im definitely not the only one feeling such. Have been witnessing so many broken relationshoips lately, some made up & lived happily ever after but some unfortunate ones are trying to bury the past & pray that everything is just a terrifying nightmare.. the once so called holy marriage vow.. its indeed disheartening to know that people out there do forget about their marriage vow, their promise, their dreams & many more things which are shared between each other when they fell head over heels during the peak of their relationship, the time they spent together during courtship, the companionship they shared together as a couple, the excitement when it comes to the big wedding day, the thrill when they both walk down the aisle with smiles & people addressing you as Mr & Mrs so & so.. I simply do not understand why some people can use stupid reasons like (1) we are not compaitable (2) I fell for someone else (3) you control me too much till I cant breathe & one of the 1001 most common reason (4) I do not love you anymore *gasp* WHY they do not list down all these possiblities before they decided to sign on the marriage cert & having to sign on the dotted line on the oh-so-famous separation deed?… (1) we are not compaitable –> but yet can live together for years? (2) I fell for someone else –> your door to your inner heart was always opened since day one i suppose? if not how can anyone just enter like that? (3) you control me too much till I cant breathe –> but if I show no concern, will you in return complained that I do not bother about you?? (4) I do not love you anymore –> you seriously know what is called LOVE? its not a simple four letter word.. there is much more contained in there.

When you really love a person, you will stay with him/her till your last breathe even if you know that you both are no longer sharing the same common interests, even when you both stop communicating as much as before, even he/she does things which will make you go fuming mad but you will simply forgive him & definitely there are much more longer list which will take me 1256973243 hours to list down all.. In reality, I have learnt from others that feelings for that someone special do & might change but ultimately it is also should be yourself controlling your own emotions & feels and not the other way round.. Its going to be a super duper long debate if I will to continue here.. Im ending my venting post right here *full stop*

p/s: to my dear friend, I do hope some day some how you will be able to wake up from that horrible nightmare of yours & find the one whom really treasure & love you as much as what you give.. time changes all the time & so do people.. hope time will ease away the pain if it cant heal your wound. I totally HEART the latest SUEDE collection of nail polishes from OPI!!

Just did my manicure & pedicure yesterday night, Shirley my manicurist told me that her new range of colours from OPI JUST arrived..WHEE!!!

& here I am with the latest SUEDE collection in Suki Skis in the Pyrenees shades on my fingers & DS Mystery on my toes!

The SUEDE collection need not apply top coat as its meant to have texture suede feel hence the series name & matte look.

The colours are totally pretty to the MAX can.. & very suitable for the upcoming Christmas mood!

I always believe in that children learn what they live..

AS IN…

If a child lives with criticism, He learns to condemn.

If a child lives with hostility, He learns to fight.

If a child lives with ridicule, He learns to be shy.

If a child lives with shame, He learns to feel guilty.

If a child lives with tolerance, He learns to be patient.

If a child lives with encouragement, He learns confidence.

If a child lives with praise, He learns to appreciate.

If a child lives with fairness, He learns justice.

If a child lives with security, He learns to have faith.

If a child lives with approval, He learns to like himself.

If a child lives with acceptance and friendship, he learns to find love in the world.

Therefore at many a times, before We parents open our mouth to speak or do a certain action, we must think twice thrice.. I myself encoutered many a times the abovementioned situations, as in the conversation I have daily, it kinda of affect my ger as well.. below is a good example & I am pretty sure I have to admit myself that I did ever gave such replies before therefore she ‘learnt’ from me..

me : Why you are not bathing yet?.. We going to be late to go Por Por’s house

ash : wait!

me : wait what? quick go now! what are you waiting for?

ash : Christmas lor..!!

The above reply made my brain cells freeze for that spilt second.. *gasp*

I also believe how your children behaves, it reflects strongly on the parents also & also how your kids dress is also reflecting on how a person/parent you are.. this is a very true study.. Agree?

time well spent

Spent the whole morning @ Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home.. toured around the little compound which houses 86 children age ranging from 6 to 16… visiting the Home & entering into the domitories of the children, makes me feel how fortunate my kids & myself are. From what I gathered from the volunteers there, the children from the Home are not orphans mainly, some are being brought there as their family living conditions are not suitable for the children or from single parent family whereby noone at home to take care of them.

I brought along my girl & here are some pictures for the day.

Time flies… Yi Han is ONE!!

The whole Koh family was treated for dinner @ Tung Lok @ Arena Country Club for yummy Peiking duck, sharks fins & many many more dishes. In fact I gathered its indeed a better idea den the usual buffet & big crowd celebration which my 2 kids had.. having a sit down dinner with family members.. simple.. easy.. fuss free! Anyway i ended the nightmare of planning for big parties.. phew!

… my iphoney needs a new clothing!!! I heart this Paul Frank cover to the max BUT the price is indeed too steep for one fone cover.. DARN IT!! pay S$50 for a rubber-silicone like phone cover…. BUT.. its really really NICE NICE NICE!! I like the colour combination & the colourful monkey can…!!

I guess thankfully I cannot buy it off shelf locally & have to go thru the online shop for Apple if not my bank account definitely will be lesser by S$50..

On lil gem’s actual day itself, we brought her to Kids Amaze @ SAFRA for hours of jumping, sliding, climbing and crawling. Comparing with places we went before like GO GO Bambini & Peek-A-Boo & ExploreKidz.. Im pretty amazed by the 5 storey high indoor slides & best of all its entrance fees are the cheapest among the rest of the indoor playgrounds.. not forgetting that SAFRA card members themselves have further discount BUT if u were to ask me.. i dun think its tat suitable for kids below 2 as the play area is more suitable for bigger toddlers but nevertheless lil kai did had a great time exploring, walking and jumping about the cushioned area and not forgetting that they do have a small cafe next to the play area for the parents while waiting i suppose but thumbs down for the food there as while waiting yp & I ordered some lattee & chicken & curry pies.. bleh! the pies were not even warm.. BAD! BAD! but thumbs up for the customer service though.. goes to show there are rooms for improvement for the food if not i forsee the cafe…. wil b gone very very SOON..

Thereafter we proceed to Kranji Farm Resort for seafood dinner & had a cup of coffee @ the al fresco cafe just next to the seafood restuarant :)

Nice environment with yummilicious food! Worth going though the journey there is horrible.. its literally travelling through the cemeteries & super old roads.. eeeKs!

Mind u! this fish is much bigger den KAI!! i wonder who will order this giant fish for dinner??!!!

My lil gem was still a coo-ing baby & now she has transformed into a lil young lady.. she has brought loads of joy & laughter into our world & we got to thank God for that & oso for keeping her in good health always Nowadays this lil gem attends a daily nursery program @ our neighbourhood & attending 2 enrichment classes of Chinese & Phonics Dancing & Music class is on the list as per her request but will take it one lil step at a time for her..

Anyway enuff of the grandma story.. here are pics which wil do the rest of the talking…..

Brought my précieux for her Hi5 concert. Realising in fact I have spent quite a bit on her concert tickets ranging from shows for Disney on Ice, Barney & etc.. Gawd!
