lo hei

Yu Sheng is a traditional delicacy consumed during the Chinese New Year. It is enjoyed with the tossing of multi-coloured condiments & veges. This tossing action is believed to bring forth good fortune & good luck… Tis is the 1st Lo Hei for me in CNY 2010
